Goals:
The MLT program is designed to develop highly skilled and knowledgeable laboratory professionals who can significantly contribute to the healthcare system. The primary goals are to:

practical expertise in performing diagnostic laboratory
procedures.
2. Establish a strong foundation in professional ethics,
emphasizing accuracy, reliability, and accountability in
laboratory work.

technologies in medical diagnostics and laboratory

multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Objectives:
The objectives of program include to:
1. Develop competence in conducting laboratory tests
across core disciplines, including clinical chemistry,
microbiology, hematology, immunology, and molecular
biology.
2. Train students in the operation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of advanced laboratory equipment.
3. Enhance analytical and critical thinking skills for
accurate diagnosis and interpretation of laboratory data.
4. Instill strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols
and quality control measures.
